Basically, following this type of diet is so much healthier and better for you overall health than any high protein body building diet. The challenge is whether a person can become disciplined enough to stick to it…as with many other diets. I’ve been on a modified type of this diet but when I was very strict for 4 weeks I had increased energy, great skin, no colds and felt great.
