  1. Thin Slice organic/low fat cheese, organic carrot slices         
  2. Handful of organic nut and fruit mix  
  3. Raw Crunch Energy Bar – Goji Berry

  4. ½ cup organic low fat cottage cheese with added chopped up turkey  (deli)
  5. Wasa cracker with thin spread of almond butter
  6. Chopped up veggies  
  7. mixed greens with protein
  8. ½ cup of brown rice with chopped grilled chicken and salsa
  9. ¼ cup brown rice with black beans, tofu or lentils
  10. Hard boiled egg and small banana or sliced fruit
  11. Organic low fat oat bar, electrolyte drink (all natural)
  12. Organic low fat cottage cheese with added pineapple (pineapple in juice)
  13. 8 ounces fresh squeezed pineapple,carrot or orange juice
  14. Hand full of organic tortilla chips, black beans and salsa
  15. Organic low fat yogurt with added granola (low fat)

  16. Hand full of raw, organic nuts
  17. ½ cup organic low fat cottage cheese with added chopped up turkey  (deli)
  18. Wasa cracker with thin spread of almond butter
  19. Chopped up veggies
  20. Grilled chicken slices
  21. Baked Tofu Squares (see brand)
  22. ½ cup of brown rice with chopped grilled chicken and salsa
  23. 1 cup high fiber cereal or organic whole grain flakes

Note:

Do not exceed 2 servings of nuts per day  (handful salt free raw nuts or nut butters 1 tbsp)  if your trying to lose weight.
